How can we take one initiative and create an impactful program that empowers employees to participate and keeps them engaged? How can thoughtful programming reinforce the behaviors we want to see so it’s not just about happy hours? Each company needs to build tools and define goals for the unique culture they have or the one they want to create. In this meeting we will share what has worked for us as a small, dynamic and fast growing science based beauty company. We will outline how the program began, where it has evolved and why it’s important to us.
