Understanding Why Unbundling from a PEO Could Benefit your Organization and How to Do It Effectively
If you are currently in a PEO, exploring a PEO, or just curious, you may find this HR Biotech Connect webinar quite interesting. Our speakers, Ted Haughey and EJ Herring of Brown & Brown, will discuss why life sciences firms outgrow their PEO relationships and how to effectively create an exit strategy. Many PEO platforms are generally focused on outsourcing to a one-size-fits-all audience. But during this webinar, our speakers will discuss how life science companies can reclaim the HR experience, tailor benefits for a unique talent pool, and restore transparency to the HR budget.
Speakers: Ted Haughey and Jill Baker of Brown & Brown

    Practical AI for HR 101
This practical, hands‑on workshop is designed for HR leaders in biotech who want to use AI responsibly and effectively without needing technical expertise. The session reframes AI as a strategic partner that enhances workflows, accelerates decision‑making, and strengthens organizational capability. Through three simple prompting frameworks (RTF, CREATE, TARC) and guided labs, participants learn how AI behaves, how to structure prompts for high‑quality outputs, and how to produce executive‑ready materials in minutes. The workshop also reinforces responsible and ethical AI use, ensuring fairness, transparency, and human oversight in all people decisions.
Speakers: This workshop will be led by Violetta Drobot. Violetta is an HR strategist and AI training specialist with more than eight years of progressive HR leadership experience in biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.
