For many companies in the biotechnology and life science industries, the path of transitioning from a focus on research and development to commercialization can bring great excitement and a variety of challenges. In addition, our panelists will speak about some of surprising differences that occur when operating in a larger organization, and discuss opportunities that you may want to take advantage of now to prepare for success. They will highlight strategies that may help you in areas such as company culture, building a sales team, and helping your employees align with the company’s shift in focus.
