On June 6th, 2013, Karen Weisbach, HR and Facilities Manager of Living Proof, enthusiastically delivered the presentation “Building and Maintaining a Strong Company Culture” at an HR BioTech Connect group meeting.
During her presentation, Karen shared what has worked for Living Proof as a small, dynamic and fast growing science based beauty company. She also outlined how the program began, where it has evolved, and why it’s important to them.
In addition to taking home the very generous gift of an Living Proof sample bag, attendees also learned items such as:
- Where to start their self-evaluation and what you do with that information
- How to build a culture that is aligned with the company’s goals, mission, and values
- Ways to weave their culture initiatives into the fabric of the organization so it isn’t just fluff
